FAVORITE SPOTS IN WILMINGTON:

K38 Baja Grill has the best fish tacos in Wilmington hands down! Their fajitas and "street corn" are on point as well.

Wilmington Brewing Company is a great place to try some local beers and meet interesting people. They started out selling supplies for home brewing and grew to a family-friendly tap room, beer garden and lounge. If you have time on a Saturday make sure to check out their free brewing demos.

All of the microbreweries that are popping up all over Wilmington.

UNEXPECTED FACTS:

In my previous career of 16 years I was an X Ray technician. For 10 of those years I worked the night shift. I am excited to be back in "the land of the living" again. Thankfully people buy homes during the day!

I love many types of music but really like Lana Del Rey and Tupac Shakur. 

WHY DO YOU LOVE REAL ESTATE?

I love getting to really connect with people through the real estate process. It can be stressful and have many turns. However, when you're working towards a common goal with someone you like, there is nothing better. My wife and I have had many clients turn into life long friends.

MOST UNIQUE THING YOU'VE SEEN IN REAL ESTATE:

I am still surprised by some of the most random dirt roads that lead to beautiful homes nestled on the intracoastal waterway. Wilmington real estate is unlike many other cities. Depending on what road you turn down, you never know what hidden treasure you may find.
