That experience gives him firsthand insight into property performance, construction and renovation strategy to maximize ROI, tenant dynamics, and the realities of long-term ownership — perspective few agents can offer.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Praveen moved to Charlotte in 2019 and has never looked back. He lives in Wesley Heights with his wife, their son, and their two dogs. Outside of work, you'll usually find him nerding out over real estate deals or cars, cheering (loudly) as a diehard Knicks and Giants fan, or tending to his saltwater aquarium.
